A private session, which can be for up to 5 people, includes a conversation so that the class can be designed to fit your personal needs, whether you are a beginning or experienced yogi.

Olga’s classes are deeply grounded in breath work, alignment, spirit, and good flow. She values life’s little joys, laughter and not taking one’s self too seriously. She is a reiki practitioner and wilderwoman. Her teachers include Jacqui Bonwell, David Vendetti, Sue Jones, and Pat Iyer.
