Description
Joe Mattera, owner of The Brickhouse Grill in Orwigsburg, PA, is known for his charisma and best of all, good cooking! He has been a strong supporter of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, donating his services many times, and is often the caterer for Hawk Mountain special events.
Joe has graciously offered to come to the winning bidder's home to prepare and serve dinner for up to six guests.
Special Instructions
Winning bidder must be within 25-miles of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary for the in-home chef experience. Option to have dinner at Hawk Mountain is available, but must mutually agreed upon between Joe Mattera, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary and winning bidder.
Due to the overwhelming success of The Brickhouse Grill, Friday and Saturdays are not available to redeem item.
Date will be at a mutually agreeable time between winning bidder and Joe, and meal will be discussed to fit any dietary needs and wants.
