Welcome to our family’s home in the most beautiful part of Ireland.  The second photo is the breathtaking view from one of the bedrooms.

We usually rent the house as a two-bedroom — one master with a queen-size bed and sitting area and one with a double bed — though the downstairs bedroom with bunks, usually kept as a family room, can be made available. There are two full baths in the house. The upstairs bath has a full shower. The downstairs bath has a full-sized tub with shower.

The house is located in Caherdaniel village and is walkable not only to an excellent restaurant, shop and two pubs, but also to:

• breathtaking beaches and surf
• Derrynane House national park’s historical museum with botanical gardens
• the gorgeous Kerry Way walking path
• Caherdaniel’s own stone ringfort
• a remarkable number of activities and adventures including horseback riding, surfing, sailing, deep sea fishing, and organized tours of the Skelligs View along the beach from Abby Island's monastic ruins looking north east toward Caherdaniel town center.

The house is a fifteen-minute drive from two championship golf courses and an easy day trip to Kenmare, The Lakes of Killarney, the Killarney National Forest, and the Gap of Dunloe. We’re confident that, once you have been here, you will be as in love with Caherdaniel as generations of our family have been.
