Platter of stuffed grape leaves, donated by Amy Ignatius
A tradition in my family was a platter of Armenian stuffed grape leaves for any special occasion. Unlike the Greek version, these are small, vegetarian and served at room temperature. They have a rice, onion and spices filling and are bright with the flavors of lemon and the briny saltiness of the grape leaves.
I will make the lucky winner a platter of 4 dozen stuffed grape leaves, at any date that you choose.
