The Beltone First™ is the first hearing instrument to receive audio streaming wirelessly from an iPhone® without the use of an intermediary device. Virtually invisible, it can be used with other wireless accessories and has ear-to-ear functionality.
Beltone First is a mini receiver-in-the-ear (RIE) that fits more than 90% of all patients with mild-to-severe hearing loss. It features sound processing that allows the wearer to adjust to almost any environment.
