Known for its world-class equine operations, Hermitage Farm is a legendary 700-acre farm located in Goshen, KY. Tied to Oldham County’s rich farming history, Hermitage has roots that span generations. A scenic tree-lined drive through rolling pastures will lead you to century-old barns where you can peek inside the private working thoroughbred operation that has made Hermitage famous.
Now a multi-discipline equine operation, tours might include a selection of the following (depending on day of week and time of year): Spring’s latest crop of newborn foals, prospective sale yearlings, talented racehorses and broodmares, or special Carriage Driving demonstrations. You’ll also get the chance to take a photo with the retired racehorses that graze the land.
Special Instructions
- A mutually agreeable date and time to be determined by successful bidder and Hermitage
- Due to staffing constraints, tours are offered Monday - Friday only
- Tours an be scheduled during the months of April, May, June, or July 2015 on a mutually agreed upon date. Blackout dates apply, including holidays and Derby week.
A certificate will be mailed to the winner. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
Gift Certificates are non-transferable, not for resale, and can only be used by the person named on the certificate. Gift certificate must be used before expiration date printed on the certificate. Only original Gift Certificates are valid, no copies are accepted. You must bring the original gift certificate with you when redeeming the item/service.
