This item will have to be shipped or picked up by the winner at the JA office in Louisville, KY. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
Certificate expires 12/31/2015. Winner must call ahead for tee times and they are subject to availability. It is good for Weekdays before 9 or after 12 on weekends; in season.
Dress code is proper golf attire; no denim. Dress slacks, shorts, collared shirts, or mock turlenecks. Shirts must be tucked in.
