Our Essential Estate Plan provides the foundational documents most people need to ensure their business and medical decisions are taken care of in the event of incapacity, and to ensure their property goes to their loved ones according to their desires. These documents are a will, a power of attorney, a living will and healthcare surrogate designation, and a HIPAA authorization. This package will cover either a single person or a couple. If you require more than an Essential Plan, we will negotiate reasonable terms to meet your needs.

We must refuse to provide services to anyone who presents a conflict that cannot or will not be waived.
Successful bidders must contact Duncan Crosby by July 1, 2015, to initiate the planning process, and planning must be completed by October 31, 2015.
This item will have to be shipped or picked up by the winner at the JA office in Louisville, KY. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
