Description

While it’s unknown where, or when, in Asia origami first started, it is thought the ancient skill developed not long after paper was introduced. Whatever its history the artistry is always impressive. This kimono sits atop a scroll of Hiragana style Japanese writing. Hiragana is generally used for writing sounds for words that don’t appear in traditional Kanji characters. Frame measure 12" wide X 15" high.
