Description

Mandara, the mother of the National Zoo's young gorilla Kibibi, shows off her creativity in this painting. Zookeepers work with our great apes to train many different behaviors for husbandry and medical reasons, but they also work with the apes to train them to paint with bamboo or paint brushes. Approximately 24"x20" (framed).
