Congressional Club Cookbook signed by U.S. House Representative (Kentucky's 6th District) Harold Rogers. Rogers is one of the longest-serving members of the House of Representatives and the chairman of the Appropriations Committee. Until earmarks were done away with, the press referred to him as the “Prince of Pork”, since he was so effective at getting projects for his district.
