The tour begins with an in-depth history of growing olives in Oregon, a personalized tour of the olive pressing facility, followed by a sensory tasting of the olive oils. Tasters will get an opportunity to sample single and blended oil varietals side by side, allowing them to compare and explore the varying flavor profiles of the oils singly and then with food.
