This foursome starts with a trio of French reds that have all been cellared a minimum of 10 years. Enjoy the Beringer Pinot Noir 2003, the Pinor-Chateldon Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2000 and the 2001 Rosemount Estates GSM. Finally, from the private cellar of a renowned Portland wine collector, you have a bottle of Premier Cru from Volnay, a dark ruby/violet wine. Hinting of fresh fruit/glycerin and a bowl full of cherries, this is a hard wine dominated by tannins and acid.
