There is a $25 Resort fee per day not included in certificate. Amenities the resort fee covers are: 

Unlimited in-room local & domestic long distance phone calls, high-speed Internet access, driving range privileges, daily recreational activities, shuttle transportation to SeaWorld, Walt Disney World, and Universal Orlando. Also included are two pool floats and 1 fitness center class.

Orlando World Center Marriott:Offer expires on June 30, 2015 and date cannot be extended. A Resort Fee will be applied in the amount of $20 per day. This will be the responsibility of the certificate holder. All other expenses incurred for food and beverage, gift shop purchases, gratuities and other miscellaneous charges are not included. Certificate must be presented at check-in and lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. Advance reservations are required and are subject to availability.
