Enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared by the club chef in your own home.  You work with the chef to select a menu that will razzle-dazzle your guests!  Chef Michael brings years of experience to the table.  He worked for three decades in four or five star hotels alone including the Peabody Hotel in Memphis.  He was also the Executive Chef for the Fisher Island Club and Resort in Miami.  More recently Chef has led the teams of Wildside Caterers at the Xcel Center, the Saint Paul Hotel and Grill, and Tria Restaurant.  Mutually agreeable time.  Expires September 2015.
