"Picturing Power" explores one of the United States's most renown portrait collections which showcases many important figures in American Finance as well as prominent politicians, inluding U.S. Presidents. Through interdisciplinary study, Kusserow and his collegues find meanings and history behind some of the nation's most famous portraits. Kusserow also explores how wealthy and prominent men throughout American History have used art to express their power and control to the masses.
