This is a Gift Certificate for a custom, hand painted, one of a kind portrait of their dog by artist Christian Branscombe.  Christian is also a participant at the Progressive Art Program at the Mens Correctional Facility in Lancaster, CA, where the Karma Rescue's PAWS for Life program is ongoing. 

Paws for Life is a progressive program that connects the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with Karma Rescue. This historic collaboration pairs inmates with rescued shelter dogs for a 12-week training cycle.  

In the days since we first brought the five "pilot" dogs to the prison on June 1st, we've watched the inmates and their dogs learn, grow, and flourish together.   

Christian Branscombe has generously donated this gift certificat to support Karma Rescue, particularly for the Paws for Life program!  Great Karma all around!
