This beautiful oil painting was created by John Goematt.  John is a participant at the Progressive Art Program at the Mens Correctional Facility in Lancaster, CA where the Karma Rescue PAWS for Life program is ongoing.

Los Angeles County's partnership with Karma Rescue connected the fourteen Paws For Life inmates with the shelter dogs for a 12-week training cycle taught by professional dog trainer Mark Tipton.  The five rescued shelter dogs that entered the Facility ‘A’ Progressive Programming Facility (PPF) back in June graduated along with their inmate trainers.  

This art won a blue ribbon at the Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival and was generously donating by John to support Karma Rescue.  Talk about GOOD KARMA!!!
