Hand Beaded one-of-a-kind Dog Collar!

This beautiful one of a kind dog collar was made by a participant at the Progressive Art Program at the Mens Correctional Facility in Lancaster, CA, where the Karma PAWS for Life program is ongoing.  It spells out "PUPPY POWER" and is all hand made. 

The beaded section of the collar measures 13.25" and can be extended with the tie portion to accommodate a much larger neck.
