The Sandoval brothers of Chicago are bringing their award-winning authentic and creative Mexican cuisine to Las Vegas. The
menu will expertly blend traditional Mexican fare with creative
interpretations of local and seasonal ingredients and will offer a beverage menu that includes unique variations of classic cocktails and an extensive tequila list. Mercadito was named by Zagat in 2013 as one of “America’s Hottest Mexican Restaurants" and was recognized by USA Today for serving one of the “country’s ten best margaritas.”

Spanish for “little market,” Mercadito is modeled after the
markets chef Patricio Sandoval shopped at while growing up in his native Mexico. The cuisine of Mercadito encompasses everything from handmade corn masa tortillas used for tacos to freshly prepared ceviches, guacamoles, and salsas. Chef Patricio Sandoval stays true to the classic delicacies of the Mexican markets while updating them in his own way. In order to reflect and support the Mexican influence of the menu, every facet of the beverage menu incorporates
selections from all regions of Mexico. The creative cocktails and margaritas use different chiles and Mexican indigenous ingredients adding unique flavor combinations.
