Description
Local private chef, Erika Tucker, will treat your guests to a delicious meal- your choice of brunch, luncheon or dinner party for 6-10 guests. Chef Tucker will plan your menu, shop for food and travel to the location of your choice to prepare and serve your meal. She uses only local, seasonal and fresh ingredients. Chef Tucker was professionally trained at the French Culinary Institute in New York City later went on to study under a variety of renowned chefs in hotels and restaurants around the world. In 2010, she became the executive chef of The Cellar in San Clemente, and in 2013 went on to become a private chef for a professional athlete. She currently focuses her time on private cooking and teaching culinary classes.
