This vintage table lamp features a Basset Hound with a sad droopy face with a tear.  The lamp has no flaws, it's original wiring, original paint coat, and orignal felt bottom.  it bears no marks of his maker or production date.  The lamp does not work, and we assume this is just to original wiring being faulty.  The shade is a wire framed parchement shade that is very clearly the original shade to the lamp.  It is stretched and then laced onto the wire frame.  There are no flaws in the shade as well.
