About Ally's Boot Camp:
Ally's Boot Camp is an indoor boxing boot camp located in West Roxbury, next door to Laser Quest.
The boot camps run for 4-weeks at 7-days a week and ongoing special packages are always offered.
Remember the more days you work out the faster the results.
About Ally:
Ally is the creator, owner and director of all classes. She has over 23 years of experience in the physical fitness field, including personal training and working with the Boston Celtic's and the NE Patriots. Ally also holds licenses in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Ally also specializes in her designing her own unique training programs and nutrition programs. Ally has a special program and diet to accommodate everyone.
Her credentials: Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Physical Therapy, Bachelor of Science with Athletic Training Certification, Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer
