Two-time Oscar nominated cartoonist and TCFF favorite Bill Plympton has been entertaining filmgoers for over thirty years. Most known for his short films “Your Face” and “Guard Dog,” Bill has enjoyed making celebrated feature animations as well, including “The Tune.”
