Description
Denali Float Tube Adventure For One! August 18-21, 2015 Only. Women's Flyfishing® has donated this adventure of Float tubing and fishing for big, fat rainbows and eager Arctic grayling in this fun catch & release private lake near Denali National Park.
Three days of tubing and one day of creek fishing, four nights camping facilities (tent sites or motor home parking plus kitchen & bathroom. Cabins are available but not included in the trip price.) Bring your own breakfast & lunch. Three nights' dinner provided. Fourth night we eat at a local restaurant nearby.
All of the float tubes, flippers, life jackets, rods, reels, & flies are provided. Chest high waders and wading boots without felt soles are not provided. State of Alaska fishing license required.
Lake is about a 5 1/2 hour drive from Anchorage (transportation not included) near the town of Cantwell. Travel to the National Park and see the largest mountain in North America either before or after our trip.
Special Instructions
Cecilia "Pudge" Kleinkauf has owned and operated her fly fishing guide service, Women's Flyfishing®, for 28 of the 45 years she has lived and fished in Alaska. She is a Fly Fishing Ambassador for Patagonia® and Women's Flyfishing® is a Trout Unlimited Endorsed Business. Pudge has authored 4 books on fly fishing (see the web site) and is a world renowned fly tyer and fly fishing instructor. She also guides annual saltwater fly fishing excursions to Mexico.
