Special Instructions
Restrictions do apply:
- **Travel through November 30, 2014 will be seated in economy. Travel starting December 1, 2014, will be seated in Premium Economy on JAL's Sky Suite 777 aircraft
- Must be used as pair
- Tickets may be transfered to any person with a written notification to JAL. Name change is not allowed after ticket issuance.
- Travel must be completed by September 20, 2015
- Ticket valid for one (1) month after date of departure.
- Travel arrangements must be made at least 30 days in advance.
- It is the travelers responsibility for obtaining all proper/required travel documents for the planned itinerary.
- The routing of the itinerary cannot be changed after the journey begins.
- Date change within the maximum stay of one (1) month is free of charge, provided that the change is made at least one (1) day prior to the original departure date. If not, the remainder of the ticket will have no value.
- JAL tickets are non-refundable.
- Five Nights Accommodations provided courtesy of Kintetsu International Travel Consultants. Your stay can be selected from any of the following cities: Tokyo (Shinjuku Washington Hotel, Shinagawa Prince), Kyoto (New Miyako Hotel, Rihga Royal) or Osaka (Shin Hankyu, Hotel Granvia). Hotel accommodations will only be offered for stays within Japan.
- Rooms are subject to availability. Comparable hotel may be substituted by Kintetsu International Travel Consultants.
- Blackout periods apply during peak season (Golden Week and Obon Season)
- Incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.
- Arrangements must be made through Kintetsu International at least 45 days in advance prior to travel date.
