Get into shape at CrossFit Bell, the premiere strength and conditioning facility in Long Island City.
Our small group Foundations classes are targeted at teaching all the basic foundational movements used in CrossFit. The program includes coaching, nutrition for fitness, functional movements, and will prepare anyone for regular CrossFit training!
Your Foundations package consists of six one-hour introductory CrossFit classes spanning two weeks, plus unlimited use of the gym for an additional two weeks (including regular CrossFit, Strongman and Mobility classes).
Special Instructions
CrossFit Bell is located at 37-22 34th Street in Long Island City, just off of Northern Boulevard, near the M, R, N, Q trains.
Foundations classes meet Monday and Wednesday at 9PM, and Saturday at 9AM.
Expires June 11, 2015. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
