Help fund the cost of vetting & fostering for a rescued Papillon by contributing $25. The average cost for vetting a newly rescued Papillon is between $300 and $500. The cost continues as they are fostered until finding their Forever Families.  There are currently 14 dogs in foster care. Your contribution will help cover costs for these Paps and future rescues!
