This is a new, in original box, silver-tone patriotic angel tack/lapel pin by Avon. Has clear gem head & body; wings and bottom of robe are accented with red enamel stripe and deep blue stones on silver tone angel. It is approximately 1" W x 1" H.  

Pin is from the Avon 2007 collection and was part of a former Avon representative's stock.
