Adorable jack-o-lantern pet costume from Avon. Orange velour with black felt appliqués on back.  Has green felt overlay for collar and around orange stem hat section. Has 2 Velcro closures & leash slit. Adjustable self-grip closure at neck and under belly. Size on tag is 0/S. Fits small dog or cat. Body section measures 15.5" across including Velcro tabs.  (good for 13.5" to 13.75" girth as it was tight on mine who is 14.5" girth) and is 14.5" long not including hat section.  Arm openings are approximately 2" in diameter.  Well made. 

New, in original packaging, the costume is from the Avon 2008 collection and was part of a former Avon representative's stock.
