Spend a morning with Ken shadowing the Small Business leader as he handles the activities of the day. You will spend one on one time with Ken to discuss career building opportunities as well as gaining insight into the BIS organization and its strategic direction. In addition you will get to attend either Ken's leadership call on Tuesday or attend with Ken, Jen Jackson's leadership call on Thursday, depending on the day you chose to spend with Ken. Also, you and Ken will have lunch together to debrief about the morning and discuss observations.
