Chef Arno says, "French bistro food is my favorite - steak frites, a two-inch high quiche Lorraine with bacon and onions, a salad with an egg on top finished with a perfect soy vinaigrette, a croque Monsieur , some steamed mussles and a glass of champagne, or a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon.

"Or for lunch, our wonderful most popular grilled chicken and mango salad, a house made soup made from scratch, a perfect pasta for the cold days, extra yummy sandwiches and real german bratwurst or wiener schnitzel.

"These are foods that represent the most important kind of cooking there is because they're rooted in tradition. 

 I decided to explore and deepen the culinary heritage that I admire so much."
