Hickory Bar-B-Que was founded in 1956 by Fate and Gertrude Davis a few lots down the same road the restaurant is on today. In 1988 we moved into the current building. The original owners have since passed on, and their son Bill along with his wife Sally ran the BBQ until December 2012. Hickory is now operated by the fourth generation of Davis family
