Thank you for visiting Polka Bean. I'm Tania.  My story is pretty simple. I am the wife of an amazingly supportive husband and the proud mother of two awesome daughters and the daughter of an amazing God. I love to create and personalize everything! I am constantly looking at items and saying..oh yeah that definitely needs a monogram on it!

I started making shirts eight years ago for my oldest and her friends.  At a bible study one night, one of my friends suggested that I make my little hobby an actual business. My husband came up with the name Polkabean because it contains two of my favorite things polka dots and jelly beans. I mean really, who doesn't love those, right? I started kind of slow and now am ready to go full force.

I am so Blessed to be able to do something that I love. There are so many names now that you just can't find on personalized items. I think that every name deserves to be recognized. When I was young, (and still today) I could NEVER find my name on a mug or keychain. That drove me crazy and I wished I had a "normal" name like everyone else. Now I love my uniqueness and love to be able to give everyone that personalized item with their name on it. Your items will be special and unique..just like you.
