A Vacation Certificate valid for 5 days/4 nights of Hotel Accommodations!

The terms and conditions applicable to the certificate and which are printed thereon are as follows:

(1.)This vacation certificate is valid for 5 days and 4 nights of hotel accommodations at the Ocean Spa Hotel (www.oceanspahotel.com) or the Laguna Suites Golf and Spa (www.lagunasuites.com.mx) in Cancun, Mexico.

(2.) This vacation certificate is valid for travel by up to four people, one of whom must be at least 28 years of age. Adults must present a valid driver´s license and a major credit card for identification at time of check in. A Reservation fee in the amount of $69 and hotel taxes in the amount of $110 must be paid at time of reservation.

(3.) All reservations are subject to availability and may be requested via telephone to 866.760.1843 from the US/Canada or via e-mail to reservations@yucatanholidays.travel.  Reservations during holidays such as Christmas, New Year´s, Easter, Passover, President´s Week and Thanksgiving may be subject to additional charges.  Any other modifications to this offer are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

(4.) This vacation certificate is not valid for travel by groups. A group is considered to be three or more vacation certificate holders traveling together and/or three or more couples, families or friends traveling during the same vacation period.

(5.) This vacation certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

(6.) The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for any expenses caused by accident, delays or acts of God.

(7.) The fulfiller of this vacation certificate is not responsible for airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it. This vacation certificate does not cover incidental expenses such as phone calls, taxes, ground transportation, food and beverages and/or any other personal expense or purchase.

(8.) This vacation certificate is 100% transferable, provided the transferees meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.

(9.) These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representation by any individual.

(10.) This vacation certificate is being fulfilled by YUCATAN HOLIDAYS SA de CV, an affiliated company of Cancun Travel Unlimited which is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST37149.

The resort where you will be staying during your vacation is selected by you, but the certificate includes the “Stay at One, Play at Four” benefit.  What this means is that although you will be staying at either the Ocean Spa Hotel or the Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, you will be able to enjoy the amenities at all four of their Cancun resorts: Sunset Royal, Sunset Marina Resort and Yacht Club (www.sunsetworld.net) Laguna Suites Golf and Spa and the Ocean Spa Hotel.  Details about additional nights, upgrades and other benefits will be provided upon contacting the Reservations Department. 

In addition to the foregoing, we would like to mention specifically, the following:

1.      The certificate is valid for travel by up to four people, in one room, accommodations only.

2.      The $69 reservation fee and $110 hotel taxes is per certificate, NOT PER PERSON. 

3.      The Recipients of the certificate have the OPTION to upgrade the certificate to provide all inclusive benefits (food, beverages, taxes, tips, etc.)  The cost for the all inclusive upgrade is between $79 to $99 per adult/per night.  The cost varies depending upon the season in which the Recipient chooses to travel.  Two children under the age of 12 receive the all inclusive upgrade free of charge when two adults pay for the upgrade.  In addition, if the certificate is upgraded to include the all inclusive benefit, the requirement to pay the hotel taxes of $110 is waived.

4.      Although their resorts do offer timeshare memberships, Recipients of the Sunset World Gives Back vacation certificates are under ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION to attend a presentation.
