4^th Street Vine is a neighborhood wine and beer bar with a focus on music, art and community.  Having no televisions provides and encourages an intimate social environment amongst patrons.  Live music 6 nights per week ranging from Jazz to Hip Hop to Folk to Punk Rock.  Art shows revolve every two months.  Small plates inspired by the tapas of Spain.  Boutique, small production wines and craft and imported beers round out the menu.
