This spring camp features safety oriented instruction on how to work around horses, basic horsemanship skills, grooming, bathing, tacking and exercising. Special guests -- including veterinarians, professional trainers, and farriers (horse shoers) -- demonstrate their expertise, invite hands-on participation and answer questions from students.

The week wraps up with a horse show and awards ceremony where your camper will demonstrate newly developed skills for family and friends!

No riding experience necessary, although little ones may need to be evaluated for safe riding.

Boots and safety approved helmets are provided.
