I cannot say enough good things about this place. It has a vibe unlike any other pilates place I've ever been to. The staff and directors focus on a whole body wellness experience, with both strength and stretches as part of the sessions. I always feel strong, healthy and safe after leaving this studio and frankly, when I go on a walk in the neighborhood, I sometimes just stop in to breathe the good vibe of the place.
