Survivault’s Food Module includes a week’s worth of breakfast, lunch and dinner items for four (4) people that are surprisingly good and very easy to prepare. Also included are a single burner butane stove, fuel, pot and pan, plates, utensils, BPA-free water bottles, scouring pad and dish soap.

The Survivault folks have toured the facility in Northern California where the food is produced, and have personally tasted all the entrees and desserts, which include: Chili, tamale pie, spaghetti marinara, mashed potatoes with chicken gravy, and other tasty items.

While the manufacturer lists a 7-year shelf life, Survivault recommends 5 years to be on the safe side. Food should be stored in a cool place, like inside the garage or in a shaded outdoor storage shed. Warmer storage temperatures will lessen the shelf life.

Survivault has an e-reminder service that notifies their customers when items are nearing their expiration or replacement time, so you can make sure supplies are always up to date.
