After almost 3 decades, Shiro remains one of the premier restaurants in the Southland. Always highly rated in the Zagat guide (Shiro has been named the Zagat Guide's number one restaurant, and was rated #2 for service in 2013), Shiro is summed up by its ingredients - Menu items are driven by the very best available. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service impeccable.

Shiro has a full bar and carefully chosen wine list. Wednesday's menu (which changes nightly) is joined by a "Taste of Shiro" prix fixe menu. A chef's tasting menu is also available Thursday through Sunday.
