Description
William H. Bartlett was an Bristish artist known for his depictions of landscapes in the northeastern United States in the late 1830s. This pastoral scene of Squam Lake, New Hampshire was drawn by W.H. Bartlett, engraved by G.K. Richardson, London. As with many of his prints, it was published in American Scenery, or Land, Lake, and River: Illustrations of Transatlantic Nature, with text by Nathaniel Parker Willis. (London: George Virtue, 26, Ivy Lane, 1840), 2 vol.
This print is in mint condition.
