The etched glass pattern in this graceful pedestal bowl has a sense of art deco or revival, while the patterning in the sterling silver banded rim appears of a more Victorian nature.  A transitional piece perhaps.  Excellent condition; no chips or cracks; no makers mark.  A handsome vessel that would make quite a statement filled with fresh fruit, holiday bon bons, or baubles.
