• Winners/Bidders are responsible for license, registration and title fees and insurance costs. 




• Bike will not be ordered until the auction winner is verified



• The donor has agreed to arrange shipping at the bidders expense if they cannot pick up the bike at the dealership.


• The winning bidder must be able to complete paperwork at the dealership (regardless of whether or not they can pick up the bike, because it is a NEW Harley-Davidson motorcycle, the owner is required to sign paperwork in person or pick up the bike in person).
