The Caribou Club opened it's doors in 1989 as Aspen's first private members-only club. Founded by Harley Baldwin, the club offers world class dining, an extensive wine list, and an über-sexy bar and nightclub. Enjoy dinner and wine for six people in the 'bou's private room.
