Crowning the rooftop of Dancing Bear Aspen is a mountain-view, glass lounge surrounded by fire pits, steaming hot tubs and views of downtown Aspen, Aspen Mountain, Independence Pass and the Roaring Fork Valley. Last Bite, hosted by Gail Simmons and featuring desserts by Johnny Iuzzini.The Last Bite Dessert Party at the Classic was a show-stopping, celebration of sweet decadence, featuring a spread of desserts by famed pastry chefs, including Johnny Iuzzini, from cakes to pastries, meringues, parfaits, petit-fours, tarts and galettes. Set in the historic Hotel Jerome, the event was hosted by culinary celebrity and dessert expert, FOOD & WINE's Gail Simmons, judge on Top Chef.
Grand Cochon - An epic pork feast featuring 10 top chefs competing for the Crown. A 10-city culinary journey culminated with Grand Cochon presented by Goose Island Beer Co. An epic finale featured 10 top chefs from around the country as they competed for bragging rights as the "2014 King or Queen of Porc". The event included 30+ winning dishes in a celebration of craft brews, reserve wines, and artisan spirits in an all-inclusive tasting of salumi, oysters, tartare, cheeses, award winning bacons and more!
