Renown Executive Chef, Todd Barrie, whose career has spanned fashionable locales within the United States culinary scene,  Miami, San Francisco, and L.A., first  joined forces with the  talented Chef,  Joe  Miller,  and created what became the enormously successful catering operation of  Joe?s Restaurant in Venice.   After several years, Todd was asked to join forces with another L.A. hot spot:  The Wine House, and opened the restaurant and catering department now known as Upstairs 2.
