Indigo takes a holistic approach with each client. Char Self, a board certified and licensed acupuncture, has worked in the health and fitness industry and is also a deep tissue massage therapist. Each 90 minute acusage (acupuncture and massage) treatment includes a combination of acupuncture and massage, providing a natural healing tool to treat pain, enhance energy levels and assist in restoring harmonious balance.
