This boot-camp style class focuses on strengthening your core, in a supportive women-only environment. Core Sessions are five-week programs that focus on maintenance, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength. Every workout is different and engages all major muscle groups.
This All-Women Functional Training Core Session runs from 3/23-4/25.
Class times are 5am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm. Class days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. You choose your class time to fit your schedule; classes are held all 3 days each week (Mon, Wed, Thurs) for the whole session.
