Description
One Bottle Quinault L'Enclos Grand Cru St. Emilion 2005 (750 ml)
This delicious wine is a full ruby-red color, with hints of cassis, plum, licorice, bitter chocolate and fresh herbs for the nose and palate and tobacco and menthol nuances emerging with air. Supple and chewy but classically dry and not particularly fleshy, with oak, peppery herbs, iron and intriguing soil tones building in the glass, this is an elegant, pliant midweight wine that finishes with firm tannic backbone and a light menthol quality.

One Bottle Chateau Le Bon Pasteur Pomerol Bordeaux 1996 (750 ml)
“Bon Pasteur's 1996 reveals dry, slightly gritty tannin in the finish, which kept my score more conservative. It exhibits spicy new oak, medium body, abundant smoky, black cherry and mocha-tinged fruit, good weight, excellent purity, and a firm, structured, muscular finish. This wine should evolve nicely for 7-8 years. Last tasted, 3/00.”

One Bottle Rothschild Chateau Clerc Milon Grand Cru Paulliac 1994 (750 ml)
In 1970, Baron Philippe de Rothschild acquired Chateau Clerc Milon, whose condition and operation were not satisfactory. The renovation of the vineyard by the teams of Chateau Mouton Rothschild, its consolidation, and various technical improvements, especially the construction of a new winery, are now giving back the money invested. This wine has become one of the most wanted wines of the Medoc, with finesse and richness comparable to the best.
