Ramsey Houseboat on Little River (located near Nichols Candies off of Rte 128 in Gloucester.) Houseboat has a master bedroom and bunk room with 2 bunk beds. Must supply own linens. 

Fully stocked kitchen with fridge and stove.  Living room with tv and Bose radio. Gas grill and picnic table on large deck. Solar power, propane heat, wood stove.  

 

October 2014 weekend rental. (Fri-Mon).   15' skiff--center console--40 HP outboard comes with rental from Gloucester Marina.
